Joe’s expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from strategic methods engineering and constructability analysis during tenders focusing on design optimisation and value engineering, through to hands-on delivery of TBM and hard rock excavation.
His ability to bridge high-level planning with practical site leadership ensures Joe consistently delivers safe and successful project outcomes, meeting critical program milestones while driving operational excellence.

With over 15 years of construction and mining experience, Ry is a highly accomplished project manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects. He has led teams through all project stages from startup and planning through to execution and handover. Ry’s technical expertise across all aspects of underground construction – including site establishment, tunnel excavation, waterproofing and lining, civil fit-out, and mechanical and electrical installation – enables him to effectively manage interfaces and ensure delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, program, and cost.
Ry most recently led the delivery of the Five Dock Station box and cavern on Sydney Metro West – Central Tunnelling Package. He developed a culture of collaboration and innovation amongst his team and subcontractors to drive success and navigate the complex stakeholders and interfaces.
