Lucas is a Civil Engineer with on-site delivery experience across structural and environmental monitoring works on major civil infrastructure projects throughout Australia. He delivers end-to-end field packages, including subcontractor supervision, daily site coordination, SWMS/ITP and risk assessment preparation, and three-week look-ahead scheduling to optimise sequencing and resources. He supports commercial performance through cost tracking, forecasting and tender preparation, while maintaining clear client reporting and proactive issue resolution. Lucas also brings underground construction exposure from the Grand Paris Express Line 16, where he supported EPB TBM excavation, coordinated crews, and completed quality control on concrete and grouting repairs. He is recognised for strong documentation discipline, a safety-first mindset, and a collaborative approach with site teams and stakeholders.
