A Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and natural leader, Peter has over 18 years of experience in successfully leading both site-based and office-based teams across an array of disciplines.

Committed to delivering best-for-project outcomes, Peter works tirelessly to establish robust programs and tightly manage budgets. Skilled at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, Peter ensures that teams from mining, mechanical, civil, electrical and structural disciplines are all aligned and striving toward the same goal. With extensive experience delivering complex infrastructure including Pumped Hydro, tunnels, mining, major dams, trenchless pipelines, complex demolition and bulk materials handling facilities, Peter can be trusted to find innovative solutions for each project.

Peter is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience, particularly through industry associations for mentoring and to help develop the next generation of engineering professionals.

Adrian has over 30 years of construction and project management experience in delivering complex engineering and construction packages on major infrastructure projects, 22 years of which were specialised in tunnel and shaft construction. Adrian’s experience covers many aspects of tunnelling including drill & blast excavation of tunnels and caverns, TBM tunnels, soft ground tunnels, roadheader tunnels, microtunnels, shaft sinking, dive and station box excavations, and tunnel lining works.

Adrian has delivered projects locally and internationally. He has led large-scale projects within major cities and in regional and remote locations. He has also spent several years in pre-contract roles leading and supporting a wide range of tenders.

Adrian is a seasoned leader who excels in orchestrating large-scale operations with precision, blending technical expertise with a hands-on approach to problem solving. He brings a calm and adaptive leadership style and is committed to building resilient, high-performing teams.
