Panya is a Senior Technical Engineer with 25+ years in construction and 13+ years focused on tunnelling across metro, sewerage, highway and cable projects. He is deeply experienced with slurry, EPB and double-shield TBMs through complex geology, delivering safe excavation, segmental lining quality, and reliable production from launch to breakthrough.
Panya’s strengths include TBM operations and pipe jacking, methodology development, non-conformance management, and site documentation (Method Statements, ITPs, TRA/SWMS). He is recognised for clear leadership on shift and across disciplines, proactive risk and cost control, and collaboration with design, logistics, STP and tunnel teams.
