Sebastian is a strong leader and manager who is able to drive his team and subcontractors towards project success, backed up by his proven technical knowledge. He collaborates closely with stakeholders to navigate complexity and ensure safety, program, financial, and quality targets are achieved.
Sebastian is currently the Area Manager delivering 2 large shafts in a highly constrained inner-city environment for Hunter St Station on Sydney Metro – Eastern Tunnelling Package. He has detailed experience across major Australian and German projects in underground excavation (mechanical and drill-and-blast), cast-in-situ concrete lining, tunnel civil fitout, and piling.
