Joe Del Rio is an accomplished Project Manager with nearly 20 years’ experience delivering major TBM and complex infrastructure projects in Australia. He has a proven history of leading high-profile project sites, having successfully managed a $400 million tunnelling scope for Western Harbour Tunnel Stage 1 with a team of 150+ staff and workforce.
Joe’s expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from strategic methods engineering and constructability analysis during tenders focusing on design optimisation and value engineering, through to hands-on delivery of TBM and hard rock excavation.
His ability to bridge high-level planning with practical site leadership ensures Joe consistently delivers safe and successful project outcomes, meeting critical program milestones while driving operational excellence.
