He has proven expertise in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing end-to-end project delivery – from design and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and handover.
With a background in Ground Engineering, Rock Mechanics, Piling Systems, Tunnelling, and Stabilisation, James has a strong record of translating technical investigations into safe, cost-effective, and constructible design solutions. He is recognised for strategic leadership, providing technical direction, and driving project teams to deliver complex works while maintaining rigorous cost, schedule, and performance oversight.
