Sunny is a driven Senior Project Engineer with proven record of zero harm and effective project management on Tier 1, multi-billion dollar projects. He reflects the company’s culture and values.

Sunny brings experience across all surface works from site mobilisation, bulk earthworks to RMS pavements. Sunny also brings extensive underground experience through portal development, tunnel facilities construction, TBM excavation and Cross Passage waterproofing and FRP.

Sunny’s current career highlight is the delivery of the Cross Passages within the southern tunnels of the SBT project. Sunny led the team from start to finish and worked to ensure high quality and safety and delivering on target program.

Sam is a Senior Project Engineer with over nine years experience in civil and tunnelling infrastructure project delivery, building project delivery, construction site logistics and engineering consulting.
Sam is experienced in the construction management and delivery of underground and surface structures, tunnel waterproofing and structural linings, building works, earthworks, drainage and utilities, pavements and roadworks.

Sam has most recently worked as the Senior Project Engineer managing the tunnel waterproofing and structural lining works on the M6 Stage 1 Project with CPB Contractors Ghella UGL Joint Venture.

Prior to this, Sam was involved in the M4-M5 Link Tunnels Project with Acciona Samsung Bouygues Joint Venture, and project tendering works with CPB Contractors.

Sophie is a highly motivated civil engineer with over 8 years in the construction industry and strong experience in tunnel lining, complex FRP structures, earthworks, drainage, traffic management, rail, and working around utilities.

Sophie works calmly and effectively under pressure with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail, consistently striving for excellence in all endeavours. She is a reliable and effective communicator and leader, working well with others to quickly and effectively resolve issues both on-site and in a planning capacity.

Sophie is a dedicated and responsible professional with a demonstrated commitment to guiding all projects from initial conception through to fruition within target deadlines and budgets.

Mark brings over 10 years experience in engineering and project management, with a focus on delivering complex and varying engineering and construction packages. His experience to date has been on major infrastructure projects specialising in shaft and station box excavation, tunnelling and structural concrete construction (FRP).​

Mark provides the benefit of experience from planning to delivery across multiple simultaneous work scopes and has experience in a variety of construction specialties. Mark is passionate about delivering the highest quality product safely, on time, and below budget. ​

A career highlight is Mark’s current project and role, working on the Sydney Metro Hunter St mined tunnel site in the centre of Sydney CBD. This project is very complex in terms of underground engineering and stakeholder management.

Blake is a highly experienced Civil Engineer with over 10 years of industry experience. Specialising in high level project management, Blake has a demonstrated history of delivering large scale infrastructure projects with a strong focus on civil engineering. He is known for his ability to meet deadlines in challenging environments with an exceptional level of safety, quality and execution.​

His most recent career achievement was the successful delivery of the WCX3A M4-M5 Link from site mobilisation to final handover. This scope was delivered under budget and ahead of program at all stages after facing complex challenges. During Blake’s time on the project, he spent 9 months as acting Project Manager of the Civil team where he also took on the responsibilities of managing the Site Wide Services team.
